Jacksonville plastic surgeon, Dr. Dean DeRoberts is a Board Certified Jacksonville Plastic Surgeon, affirmed by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. DeRoberts has presented at national meetings across the country including being selected as a speaker at the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s annual meeting. Dr. DeRoberts was also selected as one of Jacksonville’s “Top Docs” by Jacksonville Magazine in both 2007 and 2008. He has developed a passion for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body, and face.

Dr. Dean DeRoberts received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, furthered his education by completing his Master’s degree, and then attended Upstate Medical University at Syracuse. While there he was selected by the American College of Surgeons as one of the top thirty surgical medical students in the country. Dr. DeRoberts then completed six years of plastic surgery training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, one of the top residency programs in the country. During this time he served as the chief resident and performed over 3800 procedures utilizing the newest technologies and latest techniques in plastic surgery.
Dr. DeRoberts, a Jacksonville plastic surgeon, has also won several honors in plastic surgery including the Glancy Award from the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons for being the top resident in the Southeast, and was awarded the gold medal twice at the Resident Research Day.
