About the Doctor
Dean DeRoberts, M.D.
Dr. Dean DeRoberts completed six years of plastic surgery training
at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, one of the top
residency programs in the country. During this time he served as the
chief resident and performed over 3800 procedures utilizing the
newest technologies and latest techniques in plastic surgery. Dr.
DeRoberts has developed a passion for cosmetic and reconstructive
surgery of the breast, body, face, and hands.
Dr. DeRoberts received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell
University, furthered his education by completing his Master’s
degree, and then attended Upstate Medical University. While there he
was selected by the American College of Surgeons as one of the top
thirty surgical medical students in the country. Dr. DeRoberts has
also won several honors in plastic surgery including the Glancy
Award from the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and was
awarded the gold medal twice at the Resident Research Day. He has
presented at national meetings as well as published on a number of
other topics.
Dr. DeRoberts is dedicated to exceptional results while ensuring the
